Supporting Your Journey to Health and Wellbeing

Services

Psychotherapy

Therapy is a space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and goals in a supportive, non-judgmental environment. I provide individual psychotherapy for adults (ages 18+), tailored to each person’s unique needs and life circumstances.

I specialize in lifestyle and behavioral change, helping adults build sustainable habits that support whole-person wellness. Our daily patterns and routines profoundly influence both our physical and psychological health, yet changing habits that no longer serve us can be challenging. Together, we’ll explore the underlying factors that may be keeping you stuck—such as stress, self-criticism, or competing priorities—and work to restore a sense of balance, clarity, and confidence.

Therapeutic Assessment

Therapeutic Psychological Assessment is a collaborative and supportive evaluation process designed to help you—or your child—gain a deeper understanding of emotional, behavioral, and cognitive patterns. While traditional assessments often focus on diagnosis, therapeutic assessment goes a step further. It integrates psychological testing with a reflective, insight-oriented approach that helps uncover not only areas of challenge but also personal strengths and resources. Through this process, children, adolescents, and adults can develop greater self-awareness and learn practical ways to enhance emotional well-being, relationships, and overall functioning.

Insurance:

Diamond Psychological Services does not contract with insurance providers. However, if your plan offers out-of-network benefits, we can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.

While we cannot guarantee coverage, many clients are able to recover some or all of their session costs.

Questions to ask your insurance provider:

  • Do I have out-of-network benefits, and what portion of costs is reimbursed?

  • Are there deductibles I need to meet before coverage applies?

  • Is a referral or prior authorization required, and are session limits in place?

  • How do I submit claims? Most carriers accept superbills online or by mail.

Always check with your insurance provider for details specific to your plan.

Payment:

Diamond Psychological Services accepts all major credit cards and cash payments. Clients may also use HSA/FSA (Health Savings Account) cards for payment if applicable.

Payment is due at the time of service.

Good Faith Estimate:

A Good Faith Estimate (GFE) outlines the anticipated fees and costs associated with your services. It is designed to help you understand the financial details in advance, ensuring clarity and transparency throughout the process.

While we make every effort to provide an accurate estimate, some fees may vary as additional information becomes available or if you make changes to your selections or services. Should any significant adjustments occur, we will notify you promptly.

The GFE helps you stay informed about all potential costs upfront, so you can make confident, well-informed decisions without unexpected expenses later on.
